I have a five-year-old PHP-based web application that once served around 300 paying customers and had partnerships with firms like Qualcomm. The application is now static but is online; I want the full system running again so I can measure current market interest. You will receive the complete source code and its original MySQL database dump. The immediate goal is straightforward: review the codebase, resolve anything that prevents a clean build, prepare the list of third party APIs needed, and switch it to production with minimum downtime. No new features are required today; I simply need the existing functionality working end-to-end. Key checkpoints: • The built-in router integration (it handles client device routing within the app) has to be verified before go-live. • User management must be functional. A team physically present in Hyderabad is essential because I prefer on-site meetings for initial hand-off and occasional audits—quality and integrity are non-negotiable. If this relaunch proceeds smoothly I will consider retaining the same team for ongoing enhancements, security updates, and broader IT services. Please outline how quickly you can: 1. Audit the code and database. 2. Deploy to a staging environment, run smoke tests, and fix critical blockers. 3. Move to production and monitor the first 72 hours.
