Migrate WordPress Site to HubSpot

I’m ready to leave WordPress behind and have the entire site rebuilt inside HubSpot CMS. The current site is an informational hub that showcases our company services and profiles, so every existing page, image, form and CTA needs to make the jump intact. I’m happy with the overall look and feel, but I’d like a light refresh—think updated fonts, tighter spacing and a few modern touches—while keeping the core layout recognizable for returning visitors. Here’s what I need from you: • Re-create the site structure in HubSpot, duplicating all pages and navigation. • Custom-build a HubSpot theme or templates that mirror the present design with those minor stylistic improvements. • Transfer all content, images and meta data, set up 301 redirects and preserve URL hierarchy for SEO continuity. • Rebuild existing forms and any simple interactive elements using HubSpot’s native tools. • Test across modern browsers and devices, then walk me through publishing so I can manage updates on my own. We also need to add more CTA"s, link up our booking system to the profiles on the page, add in our announcements for our upcoming expansion and conversion to what were referring to as gfs2.0. Potentially some other additions as well. Oh and maybe add in our affiliate links. Might also be looking for someone that can do monthly updates on the website and make sure that Hubspot and the site are working happily with each other. If you’ve migrated WordPress sites to HubSpot before and can handle the subtle design polish I’m after, I’d love to see your approach and a realistic timeline.
