NEET Score Calculator & Rank Predictor

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer/team to build a mobile-first NEET Expected Score Calculator & Rank Predictor tool for our education counselling platform, Hire Guide Education. The system should include both a web-based tool and a connected Android app named **NEET Council By HG**. The purpose is to help NEET UG students calculate their expected score, check estimated AIR/state rank range, and connect with our counselling services. Core workflow: 1. Student enters subject-wise correct and incorrect answer counts for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. 2. System instantly calculates expected NEET score using the formula: Correct × 4 – Incorrect × 1. 3. Score result should be shown immediately without login. 4. To view estimated AIR range and State Rank range, student must fill a lead form and verify mobile number via OTP. 5. Lead form fields: Name, Mobile, OTP, City, Domicile State, Category, NEET Attempt, Course Interest, Budget Range, Parent Mobile, WhatsApp Consent. 6. After OTP verification, system should match the score with uploaded AIR/state rank range data and show result. 7. If state rank data is unavailable for selected state, system should show AIR only with a clean fallback message. 8. Admin panel should allow Excel/CSV upload for AIR rank range and state rank range data. 9. Admin should also manage exam pattern, counselling plans, important links, and leads. 10. Android app should use the same backend/API and redirect users to our website, predictor page, cutoff explorer, counselling plans, WhatsApp channel, Instagram, Facebook, blog, and contact options.
