Wix Business Site to WordPress

@weblinkbuilding

Hello, My name is Nisha, and I lead a skilled team that will handle the work on your behalf, while I personally manage the project from start to finish. We understand you need your Wix website moved to WordPress with every pixel intact, especially your 4 to 6 service pages, keeping the same layout, imagery, copy, navigation and on-page SEO. ✅ WHAT WE WILL HANDLE • Fresh WordPress install on a staging link or as a downloadable backup • Exact replication of your service pages using Elementor or Gutenberg • Global header, footer and styling matched to your current look • Working menu links and breadcrumbs • Titles, meta descriptions and alt tags carried over • Custom code snippets added where needed • Responsive, fast-loading build that is easy to update • Brief hand-off notes for migrating to your live host ✅ TURNAROUND 5 to 7 working days after receiving your Wix URLs, image assets and brand colours → Pixel-by-pixel comparison on desktop, tablet and mobile before delivery ★ 15+ years in website design and development ★ 4000+ positive client reviews ★ 99% of projects completed on time Quick question: should the existing page URLs stay the same, so redirects can be planned for SEO? Best regards

@rajat07me

The key here is not just “moving from Wix to WordPress” — it’s preserving the current look page-for-page so nothing feels off after the switch. For a pixel-close rebuild like this, I’d first map the Wix page structure, spacing, responsive behavior, menu flow, and SEO fields, then recreate it on a clean WordPress staging install using a lightweight setup that stays easy to maintain. I’ve handled WordPress rebuilds from builders like Wix and Squarespace where the challenge was matching the existing frontend faithfully without ending up with a bloated backend. Since your first milestone is limited to the 4–6 service pages plus global styling, that keeps the scope clean and is the right way to do this before bringing over extras. A brief handoff note set is fine from my side as well. - Do the current Wix pages use any animations, hover states, or collapsible sections that need to match exactly? - Would you prefer Elementor for easier editing later, or are you open to Gutenberg if it keeps the site lighter? - Are the breadcrumbs currently app-generated in Wix, or should they be manually replicated to match the same display?

Hi — Elias here from Miami. I understand the goal is to transition your Wix site to WordPress while preserving its design and functionality. This is a common challenge, particularly when ensuring every detail translates seamlessly. The tricky part is usually maintaining the site's integrity during migration. Key concerns include keeping SEO rankings intact and ensuring all user interactions work as expected. What usually matters most is a careful approach to handling your existing content and features. My approach would involve a thorough audit of your Wix site to identify essential components. I would then create a structured plan for migration, focusing on stability and maintainability, while optimizing the WordPress setup for performance and future scalability. I've worked on similar migrations, ensuring clients retain their branding and functionality while benefiting from WordPress's flexibility. A few questions to better understand the scope: Q1 – What specific features or integrations on your current site are crucial to replicate? Q2 – Are there particular SEO strategies you want to maintain or enhance during this transition? Q3 – How do you envision managing user roles or permissions in the new WordPress setup? Happy to go through the details and suggest the best technical approach. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, You’re not just moving from Wix, you’re protecting the consistency, SEO value, and updateability your business site already relies on. I can recreate the 4-6 service pages in WordPress with matching layouts, imagery, copy, navigation, breadcrumbs, responsive behavior, and on-page SEO details, then establish a clean global header, footer, and styling system. I’ll use PHP and HTML where needed, with WordPress and a lightweight builder to keep the result fast and easy to maintain. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. I’ll provide a staging site or backup plus concise hand-off notes for migration, and we can review the core pages together before considering extras. Which Wix page should serve as the visual benchmark, and do you want the WordPress build to preserve the current URL slugs exactly for SEO continuity? Best regards, Asad

@webperfection123

I’ll migrate the Wix business site to a clean WordPress setup while closely recreating the 4–6 service pages, including layouts, imagery, copy, navigation, breadcrumbs and existing SEO elements. I’d use Elementor or Gutenberg based on the current design, keeping the build lightweight, responsive, fast and easy to edit. I’ll also replicate the global header/footer, titles, meta descriptions and image alt tags, then provide a staging site/backup and clear migration handover notes. Ready to start ASAP.

Hi there, I am ready to support you in migrating your wix site to Wordpress. I can recreate your existing Wix website in WordPress while keeping the current design, content, URLs and SEO structure intact. I’ve been working with WordPress for the last 12 years and have handled migrations from Wix, HTML, Joomla, Shopify, Squarespace and other platforms to WordPress. For the first milestone, I’ll rebuild your 4–6 service pages to closely match the current site, including the layout, imagery, copy, navigation, header/footer, breadcrumbs and responsive behaviour. I’ll also carry over the important SEO elements such as page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and existing URLs, adding redirects where a URL structure needs to change. I’ve handled many migrations where preserving the existing SEO and URL structure was important, so I’ll review the current site before development rather than simply recreating the pages visually. The new WordPress site will be lightweight, responsive, fast, and easy for you to update. I can work with Elementor, Gutenberg, or a lightweight custom approach, depending on what best fits the existing design. I’m available to start immediately. Send me the current Wix URL and I can review the 4–6 pages and give you a clear turnaround before we begin.

@Synet

Hi, Moving your Wix site to WordPress starts with setting up a clean install on a staging link using PHP and Elementor so we have a solid base. I will build your global header, footer, brand colours, and menu links first, making sure the styling matches your current look down to the last detail. Then I will recreate your 4 to 6 service pages one by one, placing every image, block of copy, and navigation link in its proper spot. I will also carry over your titles, meta descriptions, and alt tags for basic on page SEO, and wire up your breadcrumbs so the path remains clear for visitors. As a small extra touch, I will compress your image assets during the upload process so the new pages load faster than they did on Wix. Once the core layout is done, I will write up some clear notes so you know how to migrate the site to your live host and update text later on your own. Which hosting provider are you planning to use for the live site? Best, Salma Noreen

@installerpoint

Hello, I can migrate your existing Wix business website to WordPress while keeping the 4–6 service pages visually and functionally as close to the current Wix version as possible. Migration approach I’ll first review the existing Wix URLs and document the structure of each page. I’ll then recreate the shared design system—header, footer, typography, colours, buttons, spacing, and navigation—before implementing the individual service pages. Each page will be compared against the Wix reference during development so visual differences can be corrected before delivery. I’ll also make sure the WordPress version remains easy for you to update rather than creating an unnecessarily complicated build. I can begin by reviewing the Wix URLs and existing assets, then set up the WordPress staging environment and start with one service page as the reference implementation. My priority will be pixel accuracy, responsive behaviour, SEO continuity, and a clean WordPress setup. Best regards ADEEL
