WordPress Mobile & Header Tune-Up

I need my existing WordPress site to look and work just as smoothly on smartphones and tablets as it already does on desktop. The goal is to keep the current desktop aesthetic intact, simply adapting it so every page scales cleanly and loads quickly on both device sizes. While you are in there, I also want a couple of small header tweaks: the logo needs to sit perfectly centred and the navigation menu spacing should match the desktop layout so nothing feels squeezed or jumps to a second line on smaller screens.
