domain name retrieve issue

Dear All freelance i hope you can help I have a shared hosting in a one company and registered from them 5 domain names with 9 hosting services and 3 emails address two years ago unfortunately one of our customers made direct copy paste content for a website and the company made our account suspend and asked us to provide them government documents about our work and we did we sent to them all documents they wants on time after 48 hours they closed our accounts and all our websites down and they said nothing received from us!! after that they asked to pay them 200$ to retrieve hosting files, emails and domain names we paid for them what they asked but after 12 hours we received email below "At this time your account is terminated so we will not be releasing the domain or files." we spend thousand dollars to be first result in seo and we did it but unfortunately nothing now please help us - to how we can got all of this or what we should do now
