Need help with technical issues on AWS ec2 and RDS -2

Hi, I have more than 6 years experience in amazon web services. We can setup aws ec2, aws s3 and other amazon products with best configuration. DNS failover and recovering it from sanme or different region 11. Auto scaling in which if any of the instance will stop responding then a copy of instance will be loaded so that there wil be no down time 12. Backup of instances, database, volumes 13. This is probably a simple security groups issue. I work in and set up AWS stuff all the time. Haven't played with beanstalk at all but endpoint management in AWS is a cinch.
