Please bid on the bulk of 20 sites on a per link basis for the next one month (50 links).

our criteria are below:
Must be Anchor text
No more than 70 outbound links.
Particular relevant site
First of sample for 5 one way successful links if i like your services then regular basis work.
PR 3 and above
achieved by ethical means
Links must be 1-way
permanent text links
Links must be on pages indexed and cached by Google
No search spam
No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges
No blog comments
Noblog and ping sites
No dynamic links
No pages blocked by [url removed, login to view]
No article submission sites
No rel=nofollow links in the HTML
No sites that contain adult, pharm, casino material
No links from websites that already link to our site
Payment via PayPal
I will make weekly payments based on links gained the previous week. I can use wire or PayPal.
When the links are completed I need a list of them in excel spreadsheet so that I can verify.
Also, I need some examples of sites that you have done linkbuilding before.
Are you able to provide a sample of the e-mails that you send out at all please?
If you do a good job and provide good value I will have additional projects for you in the future.
