We need a SEO freak!
We have a free dating site designed for religious and spiritual people, and we managed to get 5th position on Google and 2nd on Yahoo for our targeted keywords. Now, due to lack of time and many new projects, we did not really take care of that site for the past months and our rank is dropping constantly. Consequently, we are now looking for an expert SEO that could dedicate a couple hours a month to boost our ranking on GOOGLE mainly. We will pay somewhere between 100 and 200 MONTHLY, depending on the results. We might even raise the wage higher and give long term contract if the results are over our expectations. We have about 3-4 keywords to focus on, but open to suggestions for other keywords.
