I want a crawler/indexer which basically crawl for .mp3, .ogg, .wma etc audio files links and add them into the database. #it should not add duplicate entries. #it should have ability to check for new links updated on other sites simultaneously. #it should check the availability of the link if its exist or not. #crawler must be multithreading, so crawler can crawl site and analyze files simultaneously. #it should not download file, analyze header of the .mp3 file to get the all information from it. #it should not use regex it must use lxml.

Hello, I could use python & Mechanize for this task. We could make a thread pool handling the crawling and downloading and a seperate thread for database queries. Instead of this thread for the database could also be a second thread pool with fewer threads but I don't think it's necessary. I suppose the "not" in the sentence "#it should not download file, analyze header of the .mp3 file to get the all information from it." was a typo mistake :)
