Real Estate site scraping

We require a solution to build an auto-scraper for a real estate site and input the information into a database, this includes data about the property and also photos. In addition we require our website to be redeveloped to handle the scraped information. This is not a like for like (duplicate site) but the data from the scraper will be used to build the new site.
Following are the milestones required to complete the project:
Milestone 1. (2 days/16 hours)
Build an Auto-scraper (data to be scraped: photos, description, features, agent details, other relevant info)
Milestone 2. (1 day/8 hours)
Redesign our site to accomodate the scraped data (it is not a direct copy so theme, plugin and fields needs to be configured)
Milestone 3. (0.5 days/4 hours)
Automate scraper and integrate to website.
Milestone 4. (0.5 days/4 hours)
Clean up and fix and errors
Milestone 5. (0.25 days/2 hours)
