Scrape and analyze Discord threads to find monthly active user count

We have a Discord server for users of our product.
We would like to download / scrape conversation history, most likely using this tool (or anything that can do the job) and then perform some analysis using whatever programming language or tools you deem appropriate:

Main analysis items of interest would include:
- Monthly active chatters
- Number of messages per active chatter
And possibly others.
Nice to haves but not required:
- Experience doing similar analysis on Discord
- Strong scraping and text + data processing skills
- Decent skills with spreadsheet software appropriate for the tasks (ideally Google Sheets, but Excel or Numbers also acceptable)
- Ideally can put in hours through this weekend Jun 25/26 to move as quickly as possible
- Count of use of specific keywords in a given month
