Find Contact to filmstudents who are able to shoot underwaterdancing

Hello, for an experimental film I need an underwaterscene of 20 Minutes. Because of a low-budget i have to outsource the filmmaking. So filmstudents wordlwide are asked to shoot a 15 to 20 minutes scene with a model who is dancing underwater. The resolution of the film is preferably 4k but at least FullHD. Your task is to find a student or institute or filmteam who is interested to do the filmmaking. Maybe you should search outside europe-because here it´s to expensive to realize! Good Luck
