Title: Build AI Voice Agent Platform for EMI Collection Reminders (Cloud Telephony Integration) Description: We are looking for an experienced AI / Voice / Telephony developer or team to build a smart Voice Agent Platform designed specifically for EMI collection reminder workflows. The system must integrate seamlessly with popular cloud telephony dialers (such as Fexydial, Exotel, or similar providers) and support automated outbound reminder calls with intelligent conversational capabilities. Scope of Work: The platform should include: AI Voice Agent Natural human-like conversation (Hindi + English preferred) Ability to handle common EMI reminder scenarios: Payment due reminders Late payment follow-ups Promise-to-pay capture Rescheduling requests Escalation to human agent when needed Cloud Telephony Integration Compatible with Fexydial, Exotel, and similar dialers via API/SIP/Webhooks Ability to receive call events & push call outcomes back to dialer/CRM Trigger AI agent when call is answered Conversation Flow Engine Configurable scripts/flows for different DPD buckets Dynamic variables (Name, Amount Due, Due Date, Loan ID, etc.) Fallback and retry logic Data & Reporting Store call logs and conversation summaries Tag outcomes (Paid, Will Pay, Wrong Number, Not Interested, etc.) Dashboard for campaign performance Compliance & Controls Call recording support Consent & disclaimer handling Rate limiting / scheduling / retries Tech Expectations (Preferred, not mandatory) WebRTC / SIP / Twilio-style telephony handling Integration with speech-to-text & text-to-speech Backend in Node.js / Python / similar Scalable architecture (handle bulk calls) Deliverables: Fully working voice agent platform Telephony integration module Admin panel for script & campaign control Documentation + deployment support Ideal Candidate: Prior experience with AI voice bots / call automation Experience integrating with cloud telephony providers Knowledge of conversational design for collections/customer engagement Able to build secure and scalable systems
