Animated - ecommerce website

I am a start up company in the USA. I have a character logo for my company that I want to make come to life(animated-cartoon or clay mation). I would like this character to be able to talk with mouth moving and movement.I would need character to speak at intro page. I need to have someone creative produce 10-20 funny E-greetings using my charater(It is a christmas character)I need someone to set up an ecommerce site and a way for customers to pay for e-greetings as well as products. I would like to use paypal as a source to pay. I would like to use various sections for my website such as categories like - Home, E-greetings,Products,shopping cart,comments and testimonials,about us,and a contest area with email capturing and way for people to enter the contest everytime they visit the site(limited to one entry per day)They would need to visit at least one other area such as products, before they could register at the prize area. The website would have to have an old victorian christmas theme.( I will give more details to winning bidder) The website would have to be extremely easy to operate for the user and have a administration area that was easy as well. I will need to be able to add pictures,edit and add information or categories at any time by myself. All files and rights to the site would be mine and can not be duplicated.I would need examples of your work containing ecommerce and animation.I would also need a small animated video for you tube to promote the site and to also use on face book..
