284729 Template

Hi Programmers Im looking for a template for my website [login to view URL] This is for an electrical contracting business which also deals with Intruder alarms I already have a logo which is on the domain so the template must suit the logo as well as being related to the electrical, and intruder industry. Im just looking for 1 page at the moment, which will have a navigation bar, logo and header at the top, on the right hand side a few boxes where I can list some special items for sale, In the centre will be the text. A couple of sites I like the look of is [login to view URL] I'd like to include the rotating image idea and the simplicity of www.thesitebox.com. Im going to leave where to put the navigation links up to the designer, please do a mockup page so I can see before I select any bids.
