Banner for a website

I need a banner design for my new website. I have a logo and a tagline as well as a concept from my other marketing collateral. Thus the designer will need to come up with 3-4 concepts and 2 revisions to the one I chose.
My business provides home management services to affluent customers and seniors.
This needs to be a static banner-nothing moving.
I need this in by Friday, Oct 23.
I will require samples of previous work so I can see if your style meshes with mine. I will also supply examples of matching collateral.
