Need 3000 doujins uploaded on websites

Anyway I will make it clear, So please READ it carefully and don't simply & blatantly bid if you do not understand the project.
1, I need the provider to download 3000 ENGLISH doujins from the internet (If you don't know what is doujins, don't bid)
2, I need the provider to upload the downloaded doujins to my websites (1)[url removed, login to view] and (2)[url removed, login to view] (if you don't know how [url removed, login to view] work, don't bid)
3, Budget fixed at $120 for the 3000 uploaded doujins & will be paid via escrow milestone for every 1000 doujins uploaded. (if you think i`m a cheapo, don't bid)
This works requires fast internet connections & preferably those without bandwidth constraints. (Japanese, USA, Koreans residence are welcome)
To bid please STATE your download/upload speed. Also please take not of my terms.
1. Payment via GAF Milestone Only.
2. NO UPFRONT PAYMENT.
3. $40(milestones payment) will be released for every 1000 doujins uploaded
4. Last but not least I need TIMELY UPDATES!
