Build 1 page from images + existing homepage

Any "We can do this" posts will be deleted instantly. -- I have a home page ([login to view URL]) and a payments page which goes through a payments processor. The processors' page consists of 12 images in total (1 header image, 7 payment type images, and 4 buttons). They basically break their page into header HTML, middle content, and footer HTML. I need a web designer to combine the look of my current home page, the button style from my website (to replace theirs), and to use better designed payment images so that the payment page fits as seamlessly as possible into mine. The designer will produce the page in TABLES (because that's how the processor presents it). E.g. I have included an attachment of the initial payment page, and the following confirmation page. I will want to see a mockup of the page also before you convert to HTML.
