Create graphics for web app

Looking for some slick, professional graphics to incorporate into a web based OH&S Monitoring application.
Graphics must be royalty free and must be able to be used by my business without limits - i.e., no copyright constraints with regards to use and changing of the images. Will need source files in whatever format they were created.
Four graphics in total required:
2 x header images (very similar)
1 x button
1 x background image
Not that into Flash - static image is fine
