Custom Directory Type Website... Full Package Needed

Hello, I need a team to design, build and fill with content a directory type website, similar to http://www.mypartyplanner.com. The topic is different and I will give the domain name and topic in PM. But the structure of the website and the feel should be similar with some exceptions. Be sure to go deeper then first page of that website to get a feel. I need better monetization stream. Better adsense placement and additional monetization through possibly clickbank products, books, etc. Part of the project is to design monetization for the site. You will also need to do some research/web scraping to create the content. I will only provide you the general theme and some keywords and direction where to look for content. Don't underestimate it, this isn't a 1 man quick job. Before the contract is awarded, I need to see a small mockup of the site, to get a general feel for your team's proposal and graphics work. Experience in building sites of this type is a plus and good communication is a must. Backend should be easy to use for non tech person. Summary: -Complete design and implementation of the website, including graphics, layout, multiple monetization streams, and content. I've estimated the rough project costs, but if you think you can get the job done over or under, we can talk. Though preference will be given to the bids in this range.
