Dating/Adult Dating Landing pages

We run a social network, where girls post content and members/men join to access the content For the moment, just we need just 1 initial landing page for a PPC campaign, but we will create many new versions in future based on specific PPC campaign needs. Landing page is to include: 1) Registration form 2) Brief sentence(s) to give summary of what the site is, some ideas are already written 3) "sexy" look but no nudity as this will not get approved by google. Variations of landing pages could include 1) Simple design with form, sexy images and summary of site 2) Showing profile pics of girls 3) Showing thumbs of photos/videos available on the site 4) Specific featured profile 5) Sample video playing etc We require the layout, design and HTML/CSS to be created from a simple brief we will supply. Logo's and images from the site can be supplied/pulled directly from the site for use. Obviously we'd need to approve the layout/design so there needs to be some options presented to us in terms of graphics being used, layout and positioning. If suitable we might want to code several versions to split test, in which case we might want to create 5 pages, not just 1 for this initial task. We require someone to work with us on an ongoing basis, we have additional pages that need to be looked at and new or re-designs created for, from homepage though to other pages and landing pages, and will have a constant need for optimising and creating new landing pages. For this reason please submit quotes based not on creating 1 page, but with a suggestion of how we would work on a ongoing basis, i.e. hourly rate etc. Please supply examples of previous work, and explain any relevant knowledge of working on creating landing pages, dating sites, adult sites and knowledge of designing user interfaces. It will also be an advantage if you have experience of creating banners - static, rotating and/or flash which can also be added in to our marketing materials for affiliates to use, or for us to use on other sites.
