extremely simple website needed!

I am designing a simple site that shouldnt take anyone less than a day to complete. The back ground is all white or red, in a thin frame with nothing but sales copy in the middle, It will be a direct clone of this site: [url removed, login to view]
In addition to this site done, I need to have affiliate set up and tracking plus payment, an auto responder, merchant account, and pop under message for an excerpt of this romance book. I need the site to be so automated that when a customer pays the e-book will go straight to them. Meaning I shouldnt have to lift a finger (a business that runs on its own)
Also I need to negotiate a monthly fee of like 20.00 USD a month for someone to link build, search engine optimize and get the site in front of as many faces as possible that would be qualified to buy the book. The book is a romance relationship book and I need it up and ready atlease so a few people can buy it by Valentines Day. I am also willing to give you up to 4% of the gross sales I make from the book depending on how successful you are in getting unique visitors to purchase the e-book.
AGAIN, It should not take long at all to set this site up. I have the pictures and files and everything you need to have it up including the webhost information. If you can generate me a lot of income I will pass it on to you graciously, LET US HELP EACH OTHER!
