Home Page Design Layout!!! Plus More Work

This Project is for a design layout only, there is know programming necessary. I need someone who thinks outside the box, a creative person. This project deals with the adult industry an escort directory to be exact, so if you have a problem with this Please Don't Bid!! I have Most of the layout put together in a excel spreadsheet, I need someone to bring it to life. The whole site has yet to be designed so there is more work available to the right person. Please post your bid and include samples of your work! This is very important! If you are note familiar with an escort directories you may want to go visit some to get an idea. Sense I have the layout of how I want the home page done, my budget is $50! May pay more for the right person! I prefer mock-ups to be done. If you do not post examples of your work with your bid it will be deleted! I will send 2 files to qualified people. 1 is the excel layout. The other is a word document explaining the project.
