Joomla website: add features/subpages and make changes

Seeking a experienced web professional who can be able to help and to develop the following tasks from an existing Joomla website. A simple guideline thumbnail in pdf format attached (Note: This is not the final design layout. Thumbnail is just to demonstrate and explain the following task in details). Final design layouts will be provided in Photoshop CS6 psd format. Here is my client's current site: [login to view URL] A. General Development 1. Develop two subpages: Blog and Assessment 2. Develop one Blog inner subpage B. Navigation& footer 1. Add two features at Menu: Blog and Assessment 2. Align the "Google+" icon with Facebook & Linked in icon at Menu 3. Make the gray bar at Menu section transparent 4. Extend the gray bar at Menu and white bar at footer horizontally to fit the browser 5. Insert company address at Footer C. Homepage 1. Change text color to red for one of the banner at Homepage 2. Increase text size for all four banners at Homepage D. Subpage 1. Remove the red contact us box at Contact Us subpage only. 2. Add scrolling testimonials box on left, above the red contact us box on every page (except Homepage). 3. Move the right column up and align with red contact us box at subpages. Project will starts in two-three weeks ( After my design changes approved by my client so that there're correct psd files for you to be work on).
