Logo Design/ Redesign.

We require an update to our current logo-The logo is for UKW Wrestling and is very basic. The new logo should be quite similar but with a more detailed and ideally "grungy" "distressed" styled union flag fill within the text and a slightly more distinctive "IMPACT" style font (the current logo uses a modified impact font). The logo needs to fit with the video package as seen here: [login to view URL] We require it delivered in a layered PSD file with some slight variations in the layers and a transparent background: We would like the new logo to say "UK Wrestling" in a similar format (instead of UKW Wrestling Experience) with the UK at the top and Wrestling underneath and would like the word "EXPERIENCE" as a separate layer under the logo which we can choose to select or omit. We would like the web address [login to view URL] to be selectable as a layer underneath the logo. The last thing we would like is for an alternative version with the background (union flag) set as bigger than the main logo. It is not essential that these variations are be done within the same PSD file it can be seperate files if this is easier for the designer. Preference will be given to designers who can show knowledge of or experience working in the wrestling or similar industries like boxing/MMA/Karate etc as this is the first of many projects. Examples of the kind of union flag logo we require can be provided if needed.
