Please sign up free and familiarize yourself with this website and its features. We will need to change the appearance but keep most of the functions and perhaps add a few more of our own. You must me able to produce a classy professional and clean looking site runs smoothly and fast without bugs.
Please only bid on this project if you are capable of producing a perfect end product. You must also have a sharp eye for detail with excellent design skills and be easy to work with.

Logo design
Content management system
Every bid must be accompanied with a PM with a detailed report on how Loopnet is structured and full proposal of how you propose to build the site and how long it will take. Please also include links to work you have done.
Payment will be as follows:
10% after third of site is finished to satisfaction
15% after two thirds of site is finished to satisfaction
25% after site is finished to satisfaction
50% 30 days after site is finished and we are satisfied with the functionality and speed. and the site is bug free.
This is a serious inquiry we intend to go through with the project as soon as we receive a comprehensive and honest proposal from someone with the ability to carry through.
