Music-CD Cover Layout + General Layout for a related Website

I am a Musician producing electronic music for many years now. The music is to be described as Chillout, Spacelike, Floating. By the end of the current year I intend to start a webite with a dowloadshop to introduce myself to a wider audience and to sell my music. I will be able to place some 30 to 40 Songs there. Each Song will get its own CD-Cover. I need a general design-layout for a "product-family" of CD´s. (You decide about Fonts, Colors, Size etc.) With this PPT-File I need a Banner with same Fonts, Colors (Corporate ID) which shall be placed in the web later. The Name of the Project "THE PALATIN PROJECT" has the function of a Logo as well. I want to use this layout within Powerpoint, so I will be able to generate new CD-Covers for New Songs very easily. (See PPT examplefile to get an impression of what I want.) The Space-Pictures can be added easily and are available for me in a plenty number. The Website shall have the same general appearence. So I need a general suggestion for the design (Color, Background, Fonts, Textures, Flashanimation.). In fact something like an electronic "Scribble" about what it shall look like. Third I need one Photo Photoshoped. It´s a portrait and it shall be put in a manner, that head and face become free standing (wipe away the background). Collar, neck, shoulders and arms shall get more and more transparent so that it will be melting into the background if it is put in fromt of one of the spacepictures in PPT. SUMMARY: Three Things to deliver. - First: a ready-to-use Powerpoint-File to create new cd-covers just by adding a new page, typing in the new title of the CD and putting a spacepicture there by drag+drop. Including a ready-to use Banner. - Second: a scribble / or electronic description of the general layout of the website. The website shall have the same look and feel as the CD-Covers have. It must be a visual familiy. This scribble I need to have something to hand out to the Programmer who is going to develop my Website. - Third: a Photoshopped Portrait, retouched and made free-standing without background.
