Photoshop Design for Community Newspaper/Portal Website + logo design
This project is NOT a website implementation (this is a separate programming job) –
This project is a Graphic Design project – to implement a design template for an online newspaper.
(The design will be converted into a dynamic content website by a programmer)

Desired theme to be modeled after [login to view URL], use of shaded, rounded boxes, colorful small icons for all menu entries and sections, simple, clean, elegant, fast. Uniform design across pages/sections.
About the Site
Demo Site contains :
· NEWS SECTIONS (LatestNews, Politics, World, Politics, Business, etc.)
· STATIC PAGES (About, Contact, etc.)
· COMMUNITY PAGES (Forum, Event, Blog).
· Each NEWS SECTION page contains a collections of NEWS ARTICLES displayed in 2-columns
· A NEWS ARTICLE is a: NEWS, OP-ED or FEATURE.
· Each ARTICLE is displayed as a Teaser+Image.
· All NEWS ARTICLE images are currently uploaded with a fixed width display of 200 pixels.
· The combination and layout of NEWS, OP-ED and FEATURE ARTICLEs, and Images, for each NEWS SECTION and HOMEPAGE is loosely defined.
· BLOCKS appears in Left and Right SIDEBARS on ALL pages.
· Positioning and number/type of BLOCKS is loosely defined.
· BLOCKS (displaying News Title Lists) also appear at the bottom of the HOMEPAGE Content Region (World, Business, etc.).
· For STAGE-1, all BLOCKS may share the same theme.
The DEMO site is a suggestion only. It is expected that you utilize YOUR GRAPHIC DESIGN *expertise* to develop an *ORIGINAL* design, and NOT *necessarily* copy the DEMO site layout.
This is an ONGOING project/work-in-progress, this is the FIRST step only. Theme needs to be Flexible -allow for future expansion, addition of Menu items, Sections, addition/removal of sidebar blocks, allow for addition of banner/Google ad’s, etc.
I have attached a suggested content region layout file.
