111429 psd to html / css needed asap

I have a pretty simple job i need done i have a template i edited it somewhat to an extent in photoshop and tried to output it to html well that worked fine it looked great and all but when i opened the document i realised the entire page was one big image. I need to somehow make it regular html to handle certain parts of the layout not just sliced images. I also need it to be centered on the background color. if you want to be a big help I also need the output template split into header footer and middle so that i can place it on a script. I also need about 2-3 banners. If al you can do well is the html then i will post a seperate project for the other. This template is from the template monster template # 9448. The cheapest and fastest erson that can do this will get the project.
