Redesign webpage and make me 10 ticker sets

I need this webpage re-designed. [login to view URL] The ticker program works fine. So you don't have to do any coding. I just want the front page to look better. Maybe instead of the categories have them as links on the left. Not sure. I don't like the way the category is selected. You tell me what you think would look good. I need ticker backgrounds and sliders for me. 10 of them. The sliders need to be babies. I need african american and oriental babies as the markers.(sliders) They must be custom backgrounds and sliders that you make. Not copied from anywhere. Look at the following sites for examples.
