Update new site (Joomla) with content and shopping cart

I have a Joomla site with Virtue Mart. I plan to install Paypal pro functionality (I just haven't done that yet.) This site is an "upgrade" to an existing site. I want someone to populate the new site with the information from the existing site. The existing site is www.ardculinary.com. I have already created the new site and installed the shopping cart. I will install the Paypal pro capability as well.

This job is to create a compatible look an feel in the Joomla based website, move existing copy to the new site and populate the shopping cart with the items that are in the current site.
