Hello Designers ... this new project entails creating a 1-page .HTM template and header for a new Bed & Breakfatst/Condo Rental Website : "DEERAS Vacation Rentals". I want to set-up sub-menus for the various "Rental Units". Examples: "Labyrynth Garden B&B", "Drake Downtown", "Rupert Bachelor", "Contact Us", "Virtual Tours", "Maps", "Local Amenities", "Links & "Sitemap".
The main issues to keep in mind in prepping this site's new template is that it should be light & airy with earthtones, touches of garden, leisure, etc. The site URL is [url removed, login to view] so you can take a look at it and bid on it if you'd be interested in creating the template. I'm temporarily posting all the property photos at [url removed, login to view] so they may be utilized in the template if you forsee that possibility.
It's also important that it be prepped in .HTM (not .HTML) so it can be assembled, organized and published in MS FrontPage for the end-user Client.
I also love the "slide-out" menu just done on another of my last GAF projects for an RV site, so perhaps that concept might be a good idea for deeras.com. You can see that template, header and menu at [url removed, login to view] for ideas. I'll leave that up to you for suggestions. I also don't have a "header logo" for this new Vacation Proerty Site, so we need to have one put together as part of the project. I see plants, garden, photos of actual properties (see above for URL).
I will personally assemble the final site using the new template you design. I'll also insert the site "Translation" scripts but I'd like a "reserved space" near the top for the "translation flags" (see my hosting site at [url removed, login to view] for examples of the translation flags). I'll also construct the final navigation based on your menus and publish the site myself. I'm a 60 year old legacy webdesigner/host and have over 70 sites of my own, plus a few dozen more Clients. Unfortunately I have Carpal Tunnel & Osteo-Arthritis from years of keyboarding, so I'm now hiring "hot young guns" to do the graphics work on all my new projects. Here's your opportunty to get involved.
The successful Designer/s will also get a full review link on my Graphics Site at www.go2grafix.com. Other Designers may also place their free link there anytime. I'm eager to hear your bright ideas so bring it on!
