INTRODUCTION
We are a company looking for a web designer to work with us full time, doing the standard 8 hours per day, 5 days a week - working remotely from home or office.
We are a UK company, currently employing 6 designers and developers and because of our rapid growth we are looking to expand the team with an experienced and talented designer.
The company is broken up into:
Interface Design > XHTML coding > Systems Development
The successful applicant will have excellent design skills and able to design interface concepts based on a brief. Then once approved, the successful applicant will be able to transform the concept into XHTML/CSS to transitional level. The applicant will be then working with the developers to finish the project.
If you do not know XHTML/CSS and web standards, please do not apply because this is the standard that we build all projects to.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- XHTML/CSS and web standards
- User interface design
- Basic PHP knowledge would be an advantage
ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a small, rapidly growing company that has clients including a large telecoms company, a number of media companies, and local UK government. We are looking for a talented web designer that work with us in maintaining the excellent standard of websites and web applications for our clients.
