Make Opencart "manufacturers" connected to the top nav bar on CellAccess.ca.

Hello everyone. I have [login to view URL] a brand new website being launched shortly. I got another Freelancer user to add all 700 (approximately) products to my website. They added the products through "manufacturers" option that OpenCart has. The problem is (as you can see when you view [login to view URL]) there is no top nav bar... and if I want to have a nav bar on there it is no products found because my manufacturers are NOT connected to the top nav bar .. only the "brands" page that OpenCart offers. I need someone who can add my manufacturers to my template and make it easy for me to add or remove BRANDS/MANUFACTURERS to my top nav bar. Any way possible is greatly appreciated. 1) I found a couple modules... >> [login to view URL] << is good for the "Shop By Brand" but I'd like photos added to that menu IF POSSIBLE. 2) Then there's the "Shop By Device" (iphone 4, 5, etc...) which I would like to be connected like you regularly would with categories. WORST CASE SYNERIO: I would really be happy with just the "Shop By Brands" menu (which uses the module #1 above) BEST CASE SYNERIO: Best case is I have the ""Shop By Brands" ALONG WITH the "Shop By Device" with all the categories added and I can always add more and add my manufacturers to that area. ***** I do not have a ton of money to work with however I need this finished by DEADLINE 20th at LATEST.
