Playground Floor Planner

Our client is currently needing a quote for a playground planning system.
So our client is wanting a system where their customers can go login and design there playgrounds.
This can be built using any code of choice e.g. PHP, AJAX etc although JQUERY is an advantage & if this could be built without PHP then that's even BETTER.
The system is designed primarily for web & tablet use so we need the overall design to be responsive for tablet, mobile and web. The code again must be able to be embedded within another page.
Not sure if this will fall under a full App or a Web App really the latter is better however either is ok.
Client is vague on exact amount of products to be included yet so we are prepared to pay more products depending same with design and layout. We would love to hear your suggestions, examples of previous work or plans.
Customer should be able to do a floor plan with the chosen playground parts, purchase parts, print or share floor plan, create new account, login, view account, view orders etc.
