HEADER DESIGN REQUIRED

I am after a header design for my new websites. Header needs to be 1000 pixels x 100 pixles and will need to be supplied in JPG format. The header will be used on approx 24 websites all airport information related so any design needs to reflect this. The design needs to be original and all copywright needs to belong to me when completed. My budget is very limited so please bear this in mind when quoting as shouldnt take somebody that is creative very long to complete.
