OSCommerce Integration into Template

Hello there. Im new to this site, but hopefully i can get some help.
Basically, im setting up my own business that i need a website for. Im looking at buying an HTML website template (that includes flash version) because it looks like what i need and is only $59.
The thing is, i would want it to be integrated with OSCommerce. I would only want the basket software, and the software that lets you add new products to your site easily. I believe oscommerce has these, and since it is free would like to take advantage off them. I wouldn't want any of the other aspects of OSCommerce, if thats possible.
I would also need most of the site designed around this template (with oscommerce integrated), with little tweaks like moving things around and different text etc. The site would consist of the main page, the product catalogue pages and only a few others (contact, support etc).
If anyone can help me, i would be sooooo happy. Ive been quoted $580 for everything off another site...i think that is a bit high, so i was hoping to have everything done for around $300-400
I wouldn't want to pay the money befroe everything is odne, but would gladly pay a large deposit.
