Complete the design or uncomplete website design on prestashop 1.5.3.

1> We want a nice, smooth design for our website , with No Bugs / Nice colors for all pages / Nice colors and right size for caracters (text), and blocs.
We have examples of templates to get inspiration from .
2> Need to adjust size of logo to match logo header area.
3> Any advice for seo in terms of design is welcome .
4> All banners are available in jpg or html code. just need to insert them.
5> Graphic chart : Red / White / Blue (as per logo)
6> If possible, install a live chat module to the store.
7> URL Rewriting , to fix , add .htaccess making sure it works well : No broken links .
8> Stats area in prestashop does not work. We need to get it to work .
