Setup Zencart Store with Downloadable Software

I'm looking for some one to configure a new zencart store that would sell commercial and residential marketing lists for Canada and US. I have zencart installed on a server. I need some one to add the lists for sale to the catalog. I'm fairly new to zencart. I will need you to setup the payment processing as well. I use PayPal free account. I will need you to set up a way for them to receive an email with the download link that will allow them to download the software after the payment is accepted. Also I might get you to install a descent looking them. We will sell the Canadian commercial data base and the residential database. Also the American database for each state and the database for all of America. I will also make a couple of instructional videos that show how to use the software. I will need you to link those videos from YouTube to the website. Basically I need the store set up and running so customer can just come in and make a purchase and be able to download the product after their purchase. Im looking to spend up to $100.00 CAD on the project.
