The project is a re-post due to inability to finish it for prior providor (didn't do anything). So please don't bid if you are not sure if you can do it..
I have an existing legal mailing list (100% signed up by themselves) of over 27,000 subscribers. I use [login to view URL] as my newsletter mailer.
I need a person to perform analysis and research on issues with:
1) over 5% bounce (increasing slowly with every newsletter) - reasons:
- Non-existent address
I will need you to analyze each category and see if the address is actually non-existent (don't want to just delete it). Also why the e-mail is undeliverable and/or blocked. I used to have a lot of issues with domains like Compuserve, aol and some others. I've e-mailed them directly and looks like there is no more problems with those domains. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and few others I still can't get through!
2) opens only 40-45%. Need to know what happens to the other 50%.
There is basically some analysis needed on my newsletter. I am aware that most of the servers have a very good protection from junk e-mail. I am afraid that my e-mails are automatically "spammed" into Junk Mail or Trash folder. It doesn't feel right when I can't get pass by to my members; who signed up for my mailing list. Also I am paying for services to [login to view URL] and they charge per subscriber - I do want to get a fair ratio!
I will provide you with all the "problem issue" e-mail addresses in Excel format as well as few of my latest newsletters so you can analize them for links, words & header; and could make valueble suggestions.
I need someone:
- who is honest (list is not for sale; need good feedback)
- who understand problems with mailing lists
- who can analyize and resolve these issues
You can describe me in PM what you can do and your past experience; results achieved.
Bid moderately. A bonus will be paid if a project sucessfully finished.
