Joomla Guru Partner desired to make big $$

Hello, I have joomla site that was created by a GAF member that has disappeared again! I personally can not handle all the work load necessary to drive enough traffic and exposure. Therefore, I am looking for a partner that is as aggressive as I am to help with marketing and SEO strategies, and be able to handle the joomla site minor work needed now as I am not a programmer. Then we will work together on making a fortune! I am willing to give the right company/individual the opportunity of a lifetime. I have invested 2 years on this and now its time to capitalize! A 60/40 profit split and partnership will be offered. I currently have a nice site that is basically finished and ready to be further marketed. I need help in the following areas. We need the following completed fast after accepting the task! make sure the paypal virtual is integrated correctly. Need to get emails sent notifying me of newsletter sign ups and memberships. I dont believe newsletter sign up is integrated properly in AEC but is correct in acajoom We able to make some simple text changes. Make sure components on site are hooked to backend as we cant find like forums, members area, etc. Possible needs a once through? SEO/SEM background a huge plus and a must! will need a outline of your strategy! SEO need better tittles etc. back links, submissions, mapping, and keywords. Understand WE will be building this side on an ongoing basis. add a link with picture on header or other area advertising our Guarantee Bulk emailing, splash page/banner designs, blogging a huge plus. looking to establish long term relationship. affiliate development and integration into site a must! Maybe most important area as this will be our "mother Load" We are looking for someone to fix and make sure its ready to go and then assist with long and short term SEO/SEM Its a small in vestment of time and expertise to establish a good monthly working relationship and future income as well!
