You must be: effective, responsiveness, have a proactive attitude and results oriented. applying to this contract: If all you will do is copy and paste what you have pasted in 20 other projects, we will know, and we will exclude you. I Would like a brief outline of how you go about optimizing a site. what factors you approach and what you modify both on the site and off of it. Remember, honesty is key, do not exaggerate. We know that the process is not an overnight project and takes a bit of time, so be realistic in your bid and your messages to me.
