Hi I want a site for a beauty competition which is an online voting site where contestants from around the world can enter and load themselves on, change their photos and give basic information. There needs to be a back end with hidden details eg their full name date of birth contact and address details. There needs to be a voting system worked in that displays the number of votes, average vote score & times page has been viewed

I like the front page how the background moves and it is very simple and the first page once entered into the site
although I would need 8 panels up the top entrants, News, Sponsors, Finalists, Videos, Merchandise (needs a shopping cart & Pay pal set up) How to enter, how to vote Home, contact us
The images that appear at the bottom of the page I like but I need them to rotate randomly from the contestants
For the contact page I need a enquiry page done up
I need to have an admin control where I can up load images and insert links with in the news and I also want to be able to upload videos
I need the entrants tab to drop down displaying countries and I also need an option to view the top 30 from each country
I also need an option of once the vote has been made it takes it through to the next contestants page.
Through the right hand side I need to have to rotating banners set up where I can upload different banners for different countries
