newspaper to be made on a blog system, designing and including the undermentioned elements. basic idea is municipalities, also sports sections etc.
would prefer wordpress to be used as already somewhat familiar and also if possible (not TOO important) published via the .mac site.
some elements:
a. will send a list of municipalities i want included
b. each municipality should have a fixed top info section (phone, email etc. of the town hall etc, also local councillers etc etc.) that people can send in to me, and i can agree upon for publication
c. then later comes the 'news' section - comments can be made by people, and news sent in, but i have to authorise it.
