Need a very good web-designer (Good CSS skills) to create a Wordpress template (CSS/XHTML) for a website.
Creation of a custom CSS menu with 2 levels.
The website contains 15-20 pages (I provide the PSD files).
Please provide sample wordpress sites
Compatibility IE7+, Firefox2+, Safari, Chrome, Opera.
Also need to install NextGen gallery and upload images.
