Designer required for Wordpress/bbPress/BuddyPress based network

Greetings. I'm building a Home Entertainment network project along a few colleagues, powered by the combination of Wordpress, bbPress and buddyPress. Our targeted launch is early to mid February and we are fairly on schedule on the programming part, but the designer we've had so far has proved to be unreliable multiple times now and we're looking to replace him. The theme is at about 35-40% right now, as you can see @ [login to view URL] . Major tasks remaining include: Polishing the homepage in a few aspects Polishing BuddyPress template Designing the article page after our own old article page here [login to view URL] (talking about general layout, minus the obvious CSS/cleaning up improvements). We can even provide access for this website to salvage the basic HTML of the template (although this is not using WordPress). Designing the product page Designing the archive page Designing bbPress Designing a footer Completing the work on user bar and notifications design We're looking for someone with the expertise to complete the work. Template design work only is required, functionality is being developed by other coders. Please note that we will automatically trash ALL recycled applications and we will only evaluate the applications that will show that you actually understood our requirements and needs. Also, we favour greatly individual freelancers over companies since we value highly direct contact.
