Browser Player

Please build me, and install on 3 sites a, browser player operating like a DVD or cd player that is being played for 0.50-5.00 seconds then paused for 0.5-1.00 second or forwarded by x2, x3, x4, x5, x6, x7 x8 or x16 for 0.50-3.00 seconds, or played in slow motion by 1/2, 1/4 or 1/8 for 0.5-1.00 seconds and then repeating the cycle randomly but always starting with being played for 0.50-5.00 seconds in this manner till the end of the file, and have an option to randomly or orderly be switching to a selected unlimited number of mp4s or mp3s while playing. It should also operate playing clips from a video for 0.2-10.1 seconds of one or a set number or an unlimited number of mp4 or mp3 files randomly. The playing length of time for the video(s) must be able to be set and have an option to select multiple lengths. The player must not allow the downloading of it's mp4s or mp3s.
