Hi, I am Karen and I am looking for a partner to develop a lowcost job search portal with me. The first JUMP4MEANING project is a job search portal for Transition Jobs, Transition Projects, for Transition Towns, for Transition People in their all diversity: Social and Environment innovation, Eco, Fair-trade, Care Economy, Circular Economy, Economy for the Common Good, Social Emancipation trough Empowerment, Art, Body, Knowledge and Educative Emancipation, Food Sovereignty, Permaculture, Rural and Urban Regeneration Movement, Learning Community, Ecofeminism, Post-Growth, Biophysical Economics, Degrowth, Powerdown, etc. I am very passionate about this theme and I am really convinced to keep on going with it. I was working with another developer and he was working on database by the ground but he left things by halves. I keep those files and the idea is keep using them and work over it. In the other hand, I have already the content and design layout too. I thing was used html, PHP and Angular but I have not more detail. the files are here: [login to view URL] Do you join me?

Hi, One thing, I must say, the things of programming that are left in half, will not be used by us. We will make the system completely from start. I saw the website home page design layout in PDF. I would like to know the following things: 1) Is this responsive design ? 2) are we suppose to make the site in Spanish ?
