I am looking for a developer who can build a site which would connect Fabric vendors, Fashion Designers, Garment Factories, Design Agencies with the Fashion Brand Enterprises.
Scope of Work:

Push Notification - Help user to know about arrival of their product/service
Real time tracking - Allows users to track the status of their order or service in real time which will ensure fast & reliable service
Payment system - It has to be fast, secure & reliable , need to have mutiple payment options
Favourites - Helps users to mark favourite service providers/ products, helps them to find them quickly to save time & energy by searching all over again
Reviews & ratings - Helps users to rate their experience , serves as a feedback to the service providers
Help & support - Assists customers in case of queries to enhance customer service by problem solving
Service provider web feature
Push Notification - SP gets an alert when a user avails for its service/product
Accepting & rejecting requests - SP must accept or reject a request within a time period
Start & end service - SP must have a module to start the service & to end it as soon as it gets over
Track earnings - Helps them to track their earnings , plan for future projections
Work on schedule - Flexibility to work and schedule whenever they want, select the schedule to start work
Select availability - Flexibility to choose their availability and can decide when they appear available and when not for a service
Admin web
Dashboard - web/app is incomplete without a easy-to-access & customizable dashboard which can easily nagivate sections to manage both service providers & users
Matching algorithm - Matching logic which helps in matching a suitable service provider with new customer request - (can be automatic or manual)
Manage users - Get to manage all customer's affair from payments, discounts, cancellation charges to solving escalated query
Manage service provider - Get to manage all SP's affairs from incentives, earnings to penalties
Manage pricing & commissions - Manage pricing depending on the demand, set commission charges for smooth transactions and SP's profit sharing
Analytics & reports - Analytics provides information such as no. of services availed , cancelled , repeated. Also some analytics on performance improvement scope
